Aram Manoogian

The ARF member, soldier and commander, teacher, minister, and skillful organizer, well known for his efforts in Baku and Kars, and his success in organizing the battle of Sardarabad. Manoogian, led his life under the flag of the Dashnaktsutiun—inspired by the party's ideas.
