While on the run from his enemies, Michael (Chad Ortis), a con artist who sets up underground boxing matches, meets Katherine (Rebecca Neuenswander), a fighter who can take on most any man. As Michael tries to cash in on Katherine's skills, his past starts to catch up with him.
